Job Description

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to develop their career and gain experience working in a fast moving team. Your role will involve providing support and assistance to partners and the wider department.

  • PA to partners and provision of administrative support to the wider team;
  • Diary management and planning through prioritization of appointments;
  • Receiving calls and dealing with clients in a professional manner;
  • Organizing internal and external meetings;
  • Manage all correspondence including typing and minute taking;
  • Preparation of presentation slides and material;
  • Collaborating with the central operations teams such as HR, Recruitment, Risk, Finance and Marketing; and
  • Various ad-hoc administration duties in support of the partners and the FSA Operations team.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • A high level of confidentiality;
  • Good telephone manner;
  • High level of commitment;
  • Ability to communicate professionally and articulately at all levels;
  • Strong client focus with excellent oral and written communication skills;
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy;
  • Flexible with the ability to priorities work effectively and capable handling multiple tasks;
  • Adaptable to learning/taking on new tasks and responsibilities;
  • Ability to work in a team environment and off own initiative; and
  • Proficient in MS office packages - Word, Excel and Outlook.
