- PA to partners and provision of administrative support to the wider team;
- Diary management and planning through prioritization of appointments;
- Receiving calls and dealing with clients in a professional manner;
- Organizing internal and external meetings;
- Manage all correspondence including typing and minute taking;
- Preparation of presentation slides and material;
- Collaborating with the central operations teams such as HR, Recruitment, Risk, Finance and Marketing; and
- Various ad-hoc administration duties in support of the partners and the FSA Operations team.
