Job Description
We have a vacancy for a suitably qualified and experienced person to provide Accounts and Office Administration support to the Team. This role would suit a well organized, Sage (or similar Accounts Package) Experienced and highly Computer Literate individual who has an interest/experience performing accounts and varied admin work within an Engineering Services Business. This is a very good opportunity to grow and develop and gain new skills & experience in a growing dynamic and Technically Oriented Environment.
- Using SAGE or similar accounts package, prepare the monthly accounts to Trial Balance level
- Providing General Office Management support to the Team
- Providing feedback and analysis to Management through ad hoc reporting and data analysis
- Implementing new processes and procedures that relate to the Administration of the business
- Assisting with the marketing and e-commerce administration
- Handling queries and resolving issues with customers
- Supporting the recruitment process with hiring, scheduling interviews, employee contracts etc.
