Job Description
  • Management of complex calendars and scheduling requirements
  • Working with key stakeholders to gain a better understanding of their needs
  • Understanding business priorities and responding to same in an informed and appropriate manner
  • Handling confidential information with discretion
  • Dealing with internal stakeholders and external clients
  • Manage stakeholder expectations on scope and deadlines
  • Processing timesheet and expense reports
  • Participating in planning of events
  • Liaising with and greeting clients and business guests
  • Maintain a strong working relationship across the business
  • Effectively delegate appropriate tasks; as required
  • Some travel coordination (making travel arrangements and detailed travel itineraries)
  • Administrative support to strategic adhoc projects
