  • Admin \ PA support to the heads of the department
  • Typing of correspondence and reports
  • Document Management
  • Handling Client queries and internal requests.
  • General Admin (faxing, e mailing, filing etc)
  • Diary Management.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Experience as a PA \ Secretary supporting 2 or more people
  • Experience in a professional services environment is a plus.
  • Strong MS Office Skills are a must.
  • Typing speeds of WPM 65+
  • Good attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines.
