An excellent opportunity has emerged on the basis of a maternity cover for a talented and bright Qualified ACCA/ CIMA accountant with post qualified experience to join their vibrant, exciting and social team on a fixed term contract basis. Duties and responsibilities include:
Achieving buy in of stakeholders forecasting cycle and outputs will be understood and trusted across the business and delivered on a timely basis.
Provide positive and constructive relationships across your stakeholder group
Demonstrating a strong understanding of the sources of the financial inputs and dependencies.
Supporting a strong financial control environment for accounting and operational processes and contributing to financial risk management in line with risk policies
Provide a robust full year forecast on a monthly basis to be included within monthly reporting
Act as a subject matter expert and trusted to recommend the approaches taken and lapse assumptions for provisioning. You'll build a detailed understanding of the retention data
Demonstrate financial and commercial know-how by your to input to strategic initiatives and implementations.
