Job Description
  • Preparation of financial statements, quarterly management accounts, and cash flow forecasting
  • Assisting the external accountant with preparation of annual accounts
  • Process intercompany transactions, journals, payroll and month and reconciliations
  • Fulfilment of statutory requirements including tax returns, corporation tax and PAYE/ NI contributions
  • Working with directors to develop budgers, including project budgets, management and analysis
  • Improvement of financial systems, processes and procedures
  • Analysis of financial performance
  • Schedule facilities contractors incl repairs, maintenance, Fire Safety, cleaning, parking and general site management
  • Maintain office and ICT functions to ensure smooth running of business functions
  • Review of essential services including insurance and utilities

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Xero (or similar) systems experience
  • ACCA or CIMA qualification
  • Budgeting, financial analysis, monitoring and reporting at a senior management level
  • Line Management experience
  • Operational/office/HR management experience
  • Excel proficiency
