Job Description

The position:

  • To pro-actively handle inbound enquiries with the aim of booking appointments
  • Make outbound Calls to follow up missed appointments
  • Manage and maintain a diary system that ensures call- backs are well timed and delivered
  • Provide a prompt, friendly and efficient initial point of contact for customers within a team based call centre environment

The candidate:

  • Experience of handling inbound calls and fulfilling customer requirements and selling the Service & benefit of Appointments
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Professional qualifications would be an advantage though not essential
  • Ability to apply technical knowledge to create practical and effective solutions
