Job Description

Your new role
Timesheet management to make sure that all absences are recorded in the HR/Payroll software by type and all timesheets and overtime forms are received, chasing up where necessary.
Ensuring appropriate back up has been received for absence and chase where appropriate.
Maintaining accurate records of back up.
Emails filed appropriately, hard copies filed and archived.
Processing payments through payroll in accordance with company policy and legislation both manually and by electronic interface using excel.
Maintaining holiday balances and check for overtaken, notifying HR when this has occurred.
Manually calculating holiday payments for leavers and employees with absences in the qualifying holiday pay calculation period and calculation of holiday payments made to employees returning from maternity or adoption leave.
Processing overtime payments through payroll by electronic interface using the information extracted from the overtime forms.
Producing overtime analysis in various excel formats to enable Managers to ascertain and manage costs and trends within the business.
Answering management and colleague queries in promptly and in a customer focused manner.
Assisting in any other reasonable requests made by the Payroll Manager to meet the requirements of the business.

What you'll need to succeed
Proven experience in the full end to end payroll process is essential to this role.
