Job Description
  • Provide legal administrative support to a team of three fee earners;
  • Draft and prepare legal and general documentation, briefs and correspondence;
  • Arrange appointments and consultations with relevant experts;
  • Assist with billing and invoicing for clients;
  • Liaise with clients and external stakeholders; and
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a legal support role supporting multiple solicitors;
  • Experience in litigation is an asset;
  • Familiarity with Case Management Systems (e.g. Key house);
  • Experience using a billing system (e.g. Elite 3e); and
  • Excellent multitasking and organizational skills.
