Responsibilities
- Owns the LMS administration of learning programs and solutions including creation of Curricula, Events and Sessions and uploading of eLearning files (SCORM packages).
- Provides support and guidance to learners
- Provides support and training to teammates.
- Works closely with project teams to offer subject matter expertise during the development and implementation of learning programs and solutions.
- Provides routine reporting and data on learning programs and solutions.
- Maintains and defines best practices for LMS Admin workflows globally.
- Partners with teammates and XFNs to continuously evaluate and propose improvements for existing processes and workflows.
- Proactively identify and address potential setbacks and effectively communicate any necessary changes to process.
