Job Description

 

  • Provide a high level professional client facing service for all clients, staff and visitors to the Firm.
  • Meet and greet all clients and visitors.
  • Answer and direct calls at a busy switchboard.
  • Manage the booking of meeting and conference rooms and arrange catering as required.
  • Arrange taxis, couriers, parking and other such services as required.
  • Manage incoming post, courier and deliveries efficiently.
  • Manage and direct appropriately all ad hoc queries from callers and visitors.
  • General administration duties associated with working on a busy reception desk.
  • Other ad hoc tasks as required.

 


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • A minimum of 2 years’ receptionist experience in a corporate environment.
  • Professional and pleasant business demeanor, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to priorities and manage multiple tasks.
  • Highly organized, reliable and flexible.
  • Ability to work on own initiative and also as part of a team.
  • Respectful of confidential matters.
  • Fluent written and oral English.
