Job Description
- To support the sales management team and the team with administration duties as assigned.
- Lead on administration of non-standard commission payments and ensuring adherence to the commission payments manual.
- Support for the agency and desktop team in sharing knowledge across the team and ensuring cross team support where needed. Support for the broker website if required
- Lead on the broker academy by giving support to the generation and production of CPD accredited material for broker training.
- Assist the sales team with the organization and administration of broker CPD and other events. Provide assistance to the marketing manager for broker campaigns and roadshows.
- Support the sales team by dealing with Ad-hoc broker queries on behalf of the BDM team.
- Provide support to the marketing lead on broker communications
- Maintenance of the broker contact database on Salesforce and other Salesforce admin tasks as requested.
- Lead on the administration of the closure of brokerages as part of the review of 1 Star brokers
