Our client is a leading global accounting firm, who have an exceptional network across the various industry sectors in London.

This firm would really suit an experienced Auditor (qualified with 3+ years' experience) who is looking for a change in culture from the standard Big 4 / Top 10 offices in London. With the flexible working arrangements and lack of strict management, you'll be given the individual responsibility to organise work around your life. This is evident from a quick walk around the office, with the culture led and driven from the Partners down.

Progression opportunities are plentiful, especially given the number of top businesses the firm has won over the last 12 months. You can expect to make Manager within 12-18 months (performance dependent of course).

We're looking for Auditors who love the job but want a change from the standard firm mentality. You will ideally be:

• ACA or ACCA (or equivalent) qualified (not essential!)
• 3 + years total experience in Audit
• Have experience with Financial Services clients (or Industry clients for the non-FS roles)
• An EU Passport
