The key responsibilities of an Administrator / Secretary will include but are not limited to: managing systems and inputting data; supporting reception staff; answering emails and phone calls; assisting with payroll procedures; liaising with managers, clients and other employees; patient telephone calls, administering referrals and appointments on the database and supporting the clinical and non-clinical team as required.
