Job Description

Our client's Business Support Administrator provides administrative support to the London Nursing division, and is responsible for ensuring the day to day management of the business.

What you will be doing:

  • Full office support to all London Nursing staff.
  • Scheduling interview diaries.
  • Ensuring the business has at all times an adequate supply of stationery.
  • Preparation of documents e.g. photocopying, printing and binding.
  • Accurate data input of time-sheets.
  • Resolving queries from nurses.
  • Delivering high quality customer service to resolve any issues or queries.
  • Liaising with payroll staff.
  • Meeting and greeting associates upon arrival at the office.
  • Assisting with the booking of meeting rooms.
  • Liaising with suppliers and assisting when on site.
  • Assisting with non-clinical references and any other elements of recruitment and compliance.
  • Maintaining the candidate filing system to ensure that all appropriate information is maintained and up to date.
  • Any other duties to support the team e.g. reporting printer problems.
