Job Description

This is a development role and we invite applications from individuals who would like to ultimately progress into an IFA role. We are looking to attract ambitious individuals who are either studying towards or want to study for their Level 4 Diploma (fully supported by firm).


Duties will include:

  • Preparing suitability reports
  • Preparing documents for adviser appointments
  • Providing up to date valuations
  • Dealing with client/adviser queries
  • Matching adviser fees from payroll statements
  • Processing new business - checking all details are correct and submitting to the providers
  • Processing LOAs and Withdrawals
  • Dealing with queries over the phone / in writing
  • Preparing pre-appointment pack for advisers
  • Sending out confirmation letters
  • Managing client portfolios
