Your new role
You will have the experience and skills to work in busy organisation and be meticulous with the way you work. Working closely with all teams to improve effectiveness and service delivery, you will be skilled in administration and customer correspondence. Responsibilities will include updating systems, written correspondence, discussion around 'sensitive' information, answering telephone-based queries and working to KPI's.
What you'll need to succeed
As a confident and perceptive individual, you will have previous administration experience. With excellent communication and administration skills you will have the ability to work within a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining attention to detail.
