Job Description

Duties will include having the best product knowledge possible, building long lasting relationships with clients, dealing with inbound telephone enquiries, providing up to date client information, booking tours and viewings, cross selling other area's of the business, keeping on to of administration, liaising with various internal departments, hitting targets, team working and general account management.

You will have previous customer service/sales or account management experience and an outgoing, fun and hard-working personality. You must be able to offer a 5 star service at all times and be adaptable and able to work under pressure within a fast paced environment.
