Job Description
  • Supporting local office and regional offices in Stationery, PPE and sundry supply ordering
  • Completion of cash and company credit card expense claims
  • Ordering of business lunches and local meeting support
  • Providing support to Consultants and Partners in relation to Assisting with the preparation of all proposals and related documentation
  • Producing, collating and proof reading of project related documentation and correspondence using MS Office and Adobe Acrobat
  • Managing data and producing documents and presentations using MS Excel, Word and
  • PowerPoint
  • Organizing and booking of travel arrangements - car hire, train, flights, hotels, visa applications
  • Minute taking, and diary coordination for project meetings
  • Creating relationships with key stakeholders to maximize workload
  • Act as liaison between internal Support Teams (IT, Facilities, Building Security) to ensure that all office equipment is in full working order.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Good knowledge of MS Office Suite programs (MSWord, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) and Adobe
  • Acrobat
  • Good written and numeracy skills
  • Good communication skills both written and verbal
  • Demonstrates a personable and flexible attitude
  • Demonstrates good time management and ability to priorities and multi-task
  • Demonstrates a positive, "can-do" attitude
