You will be responsible for supporting colleague engagement, retention, absence and succession planning as part of your daily duties. In addition, training is a big part of the HR function which you will assist Management to deliver any training onsite.
You will support with all site HR functions as well as the payroll and pensions administration function. You will be responsible for imp;implementing company H&S procedures, including fire drills and PAT testing updates and Fire.
This role will suit a proactive, professional and approachable HR Administrator who has experience of supporting a HR function within a medium-sized organisation. A brilliant opportunity for someone that enjoys working in a busy HR environment, has experience with attednign disciplinary meetings, employee relations issues, HR admin and assisting with policy updates.A sound understanding of Microsoft packages including Word, Excel and Outlook is essential.
