You should enjoy working within a dynamic team with the opportunity to contribute to the development of its delivery of proactive business partnering with key stakeholders within the Professional Services.
You will be interested in capital accounting and project monitoring and will also have the opportunity to develop both your management and financial accounting experience as you contribute to the completion of the University’s monthly and statutory accounts, key reconciliations and other corporate returns as well as engaging with internal and external auditors.
You will have the opportunity to be the finance lead on individual capital project boards and will have line management for up to 3 members of staff and should have good communication skills. You will be willing to embrace integration and co-operation between teams, including the sharing of knowledge and good practice.
This post is a permanent full-time role working 37 hours per week, although we are open to consider applications from anyone wishing to work 30+ hours per week or anyone who would like to apply part time on a job share basis.
