Job Description
  • Answering and screening incoming calls
  • Meeting and greeting visitors upon arrival
  • Organizing taxis, catering and couriers when necessary
  • Diary management and organization of meeting rooms
  • Carrying out administrative duties as required including: data entry, scanning, filling, typing and updating of a database
  • Other ad hoc duties that may be required from time to time

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • At least 1 year experience working in a similar position
  • Must be IT proficient
  • Experience working independently and on own initiative
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with experience communicating at various levels within an organization
  • Proactive, results orientated and strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient in MS packages,
