Your new role
As part of a team of 10, you will be involved in providing a professional and efficient HR administration service to the wider business, in line with current legislation and best practice. You will be involved in the administration of the whole employee life-cycle, from recruitment and talent attraction, vetting and screening, through the induction and onboarding process, appraisals, performance review process, L&D and training schedules, and the leaver process.You will work closely with payroll to administer compensation and benefits, manage the employee database and HRIS system, and produce regular reports for the senior management team.
What you'll need to succeed
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking for a career in Human resources, as it would give you a broad range of experience and expertise of a true generalist support nature. Ideally, the successful candidate will have relevant human resources administration experience, either through having worked in a HR department full time before or from a placement year / internship during University. Additional payroll experience would be desirable. Strong IT skills are essential - including a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
