We are now seeking a HR Administrator to work closely with the HR Business Partners and the wider HR team to provide full administrative support across the team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate looking for a break into a HR career, or an experienced HR administrator ready to take on a role with more duties and progression opportunities.
Initial duties will include, but are not limited to: compiling and analysing absence and timekeeping data, writing letters, compiling disciplinary packs, completing occupational health referrals, undertaking compliance activities, preparing reports, assisting with the recruitment process and other related duties where required. Over time, duties will broaden in line with the successful applicants chosen career pathway.
You'll ideally hold a HR qualification and 6+ months working in a similar role in a fast paced environment. Attention to detail, the ability to prioritise your own workload and excellent planning and organisation are all important skills required for the role.
