Job Description

The role requires someone with proven experience in a similar, fast paced role dealing with stock control. You will have a strong focus on teamwork and problem solving and excellent self-management skills.
As an Operations Administrator, you will be responsible for:
- Scheduling daily production and updating the system accurately
- Completing works orders on time and to schedule
- Reconciling usages daily and investigating discrepancies in stock or works order quantities
- Allocating materials and stock to works orders
- Providing picking lists for Warehouse and the Mixing team
- Ensuring all stock is reconciled on the company database
- Reconciling all returns and issues and ensuing they are accurate reported
- Creating and maintaining records of production figures
- Investigating any anomalies in production and stock figures
- Any other ad-hoc duties required to support the Supply Chain and wider team

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Experience with SAGE or similar essential - The ability to work collaboratively with all stakeholders across the business - Ability to work to a deadline in a demanding and fast paced environment - Logical mindset with strong communication and numeracy skills - Good verbal and written presentation skills - The ability to multi-task and manage a varied workload - Strong organisational and prioritisation skills - A positive and flexible attitude
