Job Description
  • Assumes receptionist responsibilities as necessary, greets the public, routes calls and takes messages when required
  • File organizational documents, records and reports
  • Responsible for all payment processing/cashiering duties and bank reconciliation
  • Conducts the daily bank deposits and making change as required
  • Maintain clean and neat office/reception environment
  • Assist with office inventory/goods inwards and monitors office supplies, assists with replenishment requests
  • Other ad hoc duties assigned by management

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Good writing, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office programs for word processing, spreadsheets and email etc.
  • Strong Communication skills set with a focus on customer service
  • Excellent telephone manner 
  • Strong administrative skills set , ability to meet deadlines
