Job Description

You will work alongside the Heads of departments to provide general support to the Offices and Industrial teams,

  • File/Job opening – in compliance with ISO/Audit
  • Assisting team with documents set up
  • Corresponding with clients
  • Database entry (Client IQ, daft, website listings)
  • Expense logging and tracking for Head of Department
  • Diary management for Head of Department, travel for team
  • Client pitch assistance
  • Support with preparation and formatting of client reports
  • Event support

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • 1-3 years secretarial experience. 
  • Knowledge of the business is desirable.
  • Strong IT Skills and full working knowledge and experience of:
  • Microsoft Word
  • Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Microsoft Excel
  • Microsoft Outlook
  • Linkedin
  • Knowledge of Salesforce also desirable
  • Team player, motivated & organized
  • Good communicator
  • Ability to work under pressure, priorities work and deliver to tight deadlines
  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • Flexible attitude
  • Assisting other departments
