- Field, direct and allocate all incoming calls that are received
- Carrying out all designated Provisioning, Technical Support and Billing level 1 activities
- Acting as Single Point of Contact for customer issues where applicable
- Raising tickets and / or tasks to the relevant teams
- Taking ownership of these and deal with from start to finish
- Maintain all relevant processes and documents
- Responsible for training any new Customer Service Executives
- Ensuring there are always up to date on knowledge
- Ensure customers receive an excellent experience
- Ensure that any issues are flagged and escalated quickly to avoid delay’s
- Ensure all processes are carried out efficiently
Person Specification:
- Previous customer service experience is essential
- 5 GCSE passes (A-C grade) and A Levels or Degree considered
- MS Office - Intermediate
- Articulate and good communicator
- Good English grammar - verbal and written
- Friendly and helpful
- Opportunities to progress
- Must be a Car Driver
Additional Information:
- Based in Leatherhead
- £18,000 - £19,000
- Mon - Fri, 9:00am - 5:30pm
- 20 Days Holiday per annum (increasing to 25 after 2 years service)
