Job Description

You will be primarily responsible for managing the post trade reporting process and working with business and regulatory teams/Outsourcing Manager to develop and enhance our oversight and control process. You will also act as subject matter expert in relation to ongoing service delivery to clients.

  • Managing a small team responsible for production of daily reports for post trade investment restrictions, including regulatory and fund specific leverage, investment limit and restrictions reports for clients and relevant third parties.
  • Providing client support on a day to day and strategic level, ensuring high quality and accurate service levels.
  • Maintain awareness of the regulatory environment and assess impact to the business. Work with management and operations teams to implement necessary changes.
  • Assist in the development of product offering to meet demands of a changing market and increase automation.
  • Communicate with clients on relevant regulatory changes which impact their business.
  • Support sales in acquiring leads as well as preparing presentations for sales pitches.
  • Play a support role in creating and executing on strategies aimed at delivering new products and services (e.g. ILP Roll out, SPV Administration etc.)
  • Assist with the operation of site governance meetings.
  • Assist with the management and reporting of business metrics (Revenue, Margin, Sales, etc.).
  • Assist the Outsourcing Manager with the governance of all outsourcing arrangements.
  • Ensure procedures, risk registers and relevant working documents are updated as required.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Demonstrated track record of strong control and process improvement in the financial sector.
  • Understanding of UCITS investment restrictions.
  • Demonstrated track record in client satisfaction in the financial sector.
  • Experience of liaising with Irish Asset Managers and Management Companies would be an advantage.
  • Solid understanding of operational risk and controls and fund service provider regulations and governance.
  • Able to work well under pressure and providing solutions to complex problems.
  • Clear and concise verbal and written communication in English.
  • Strong interpersonal and client service skills.
  • Presentation skills / experience would be an advantage.
