Job Description
  • Inbound and outbound calls - prospecting and chasing up leads
  • Objection handling and complaint resolution.
  • Generating quotations from the meetings conducted by the Area Managers and also from telephone conversations with clients
  • Working towards KPI'S on a team and management level
  • Chasing up quotations and providing an after-care service as required
  • General administration and support
  • Call quality monitoring
  • Promoting outstanding customer service
  • Arranging appointment for the Area Managers

This role is permanent for the right person. After a successful probation period you will be enrolled into a work based pension and there is parking on site.

35 hours per week Monday to Friday (No weekends)
