Inbound and outbound calls - prospecting and chasing up leads
Objection handling and complaint resolution.
Generating quotations from the meetings conducted by the Area Managers and also from telephone conversations with clients
Working towards KPI'S on a team and management level
Chasing up quotations and providing an after-care service as required
General administration and support
Call quality monitoring
Promoting outstanding customer service
Arranging appointment for the Area Managers
This role is permanent for the right person. After a successful probation period you will be enrolled into a work based pension and there is parking on site.
