Job Description

You will work alongside the brand directors for two brand teams to provide administrative support for all team activity. Key responsibilities will be around diary and travel management, expenses and invoicing & scheduling of team activities and meetings. Monitoring and recording of team budgets is also an important aspect of the role.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Our ideal candidate will be an experienced personal assistant who is highly organized, efficient and confident. The ideal candidate will be great at developing relationships across functions and be an effective communicator. The candidate should be skilled in prioritization and planning and be proficient in using internal management systems. Familiarity with financial systems for invoicing and annual financial planning would be beneficial.
