Job Description

• Understand and coordinate contracts for installations, seek instructions from the client in relation to the contract
• Liaise with subcontractors to ensure installations are undertaken within the terms of the contract
• Control material planning and delivery dates and times including use of on site crane and similar equipment
• Liaise with suppliers and logistics team to ensure OTIF deliveries
• Read and understand technical / construction drawings and specifications
• Obtain costs and provide estimates / pricing for installations
• Liaise with site teams to ensure safe, efficient and effective high quality installations
• Handle instructions, such as variations and negotiate standing time or other issues relating to prime costs
• Provide quotations for minor works, defects and return visits
• Preparing and issuing installation progress reports
• Maintain a schedule of costs
• Dealing with subcontractors when required
• Ensuring quality and HSE requirements are complied with at all times
• Identify risks and value
• Act as a central point of contact for clients and internal departments for all queries regarding contracts
• Work in compliance with the Company's QA, H&S, ISO systems and procedures and all relevant regulatory laws
• Any other duties as required commensurate with the role and level of responsibility of he post.

Qualifications Educated to A Level standard as a minimum Degree

CSCS and site qualifications
