Job Description
- Manage all aspects of assigned projects including planning, monitoring, control, reporting and communication to achieve successful implementations, delivered to the required quality, time and budget, in particular:
- Ensure that all project deliverables, timescales and commercials are clearly defined and understood before accepting a project during the sales handover process.
- Understand, manage and communicate customer expectations.
- Plan and manage the allocation of consultancy resources to maximise the departmental chargeable utilisation and revenue.
- Continually liaise with customers to actively manage project risks and issues and extend consultancy involvement.
- Retain ownership of risks and issues, escalating only when necessary.
- Hold regular, at least bi-monthly, project review meetings with each customer.
- Ensure that all milestones and deadlines are achieved.
- Implement change control whenever appropriate.
- Continually identify and drive additional commercial opportunities.
- Provide financial budgetary control reports for all project costs against the terms and conditions of the services agreement.
- Produce accurate weekly revenue forecasts.
- Agree communication plans with stakeholders.
- Produce weekly progress reports for each allocated project and distribute to the agreed stakeholders.
