Job Description

You should have at least three years' experience in general practice, with exposure to a private client practice Salary commensurate with experience and expertise. This is an onsite position and will not involve remote working. All necessary Covid-19 precautions are taken.   • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Good work ethic and willingness to learn;
  • A high level of motivation and ability to act on one’s own initiative;
  • Attention to detail.
  • Liaising with clients and third party solicitors;
  • General file management, typing and scheduling;
  • Shared reception work and day to day office administrative tasks;
  • Handling of files post completion;
  • Dealing with phone calls and emails in a prompt and efficient manner.
