Job Description

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Credit Controller to provide excellent customer service and reach collection targets in a timely and efficient manner.

Reporting to the Credit Manager you will be responsible for:

• Collecting debts from key accounts
• Setting up payment plans and agreeing credit limits
• Cash allocation
• Credit checking customers
• Reconciliation of accounts
• Resolving queries
• Building excellent working relationships with internal stakeholders and customers
• Resolving complex issues regarding pricing

Profile

To be successful you will have previous experience in a credit control job within a busy environment and have a proactive approach to work, have excellent interpersonal skills and be target driven.
