The successful candidate must have a strong background in Sales Ledger Clerk / Credit Control and be confident in their ability to manage their own portfolio of clients. They should have a proven track record of collecting debt, including high value invoices. Applicants must have fantastic communication skills via both telephone / email, and be able to uphold and maintain strong business relationships.
This role is perfect for a candidate who loves establishing relationships with their clients and developing strategies to nourish these. You must be confident in your ability to work self-sufficiently and manage your own workload effectively. While the successful candidate will be supported by a friendly team, they must be willing to solve problems, manage their own time and achieve their own targets. Experience of construction is preferred, whilst previous knowledge of Sage Line 50 is essential.
