Job Description

The remit will involve

All aspects of credit control including:

• Credit checking new customers
• Chasing down and reducing debt
• Maintaining strong customer relationships
• Main point of contact for customer account enquiries
• Allocating payments
• Producing and monitoring overdue account reports for review
• Releasing customer orders
• Ensuring strong end to end processes are in place and maintained
• Arranging necessary invoice financing requirements & associated reporting

As Credit Controller you should have:

• Extensive credit control experience within a fast-paced environment
• A pro-active approach to dealing with problem solving
• Strong communication style
• Great IT skills
• Confidence in chasing overdue debtors while maintaining professional relationships
• The ability to work autonomously
• Enthusiasm for continuous improvement
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise own workload
