Our client has confirmed that the likelihood is that these calls will be warm, and the debt is only outstanding due to COVID-19 and the lack of businesses being office based. As the Credit Controller in this particular organisation you are unlikely to come up against challenging customers.

We are looking for candidates with;

• Proven Collections or Credit Control experience through previous employment in order to 'hit the ground running'
• A warm and empathetic telephone manner; someone that can build relationships and work with the customer to repay the debt
• Ability to be resilient when required
