Job Description

Hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.

  • Digital dictation, reception and telephone duties;
  • Liaising with clients, counsel and third parties;
  • Managing correspondence (scanning, filing, etc.);
  • Diary management and general office admin;
  • Recording incoming and outgoing post.

The salary will be commensurate with the experience of the successful candidate.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Legal secretarial skills;
  • Excellent audio and copy typing skills;
  • Excellent attention to detail;
  • Competency in MS Suite;
  • Ability to manage a busy workload and to work on your own initiative;
  • Team player with a desire to learn.
