Job Description

You will provide financial leadership across the organization. This is a part time position, working 3 days per week. We are looking for a candidate with proven leadership skills and someone who has experience of setting strategy and who can demonstrate strong change management skills.

  • To lead on all financial functions of the business
  • To lead with the continuous improvement of strong financial and organizational infrastructure and processes
  • Responsible for the preparation of the annual accounts
  • Oversee the planning and controlling of the organization’s financial investments
  • Ensure that the charity is operating robust and efficient financial processes and procedures
  • Oversee financial management arrangements to ensure that the firm can meet its financial objectives
  • Provide clear and meaningful financial and performance reporting to the leadership team, audit committee and Board
  • Manage and report on organizational financial and operational risk

You are required to be eligible to work in the UK full time without restriction.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • CCAB qualified Accountant
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experienced negotiator who is confident writing and coordinating tenders
  • Experienced in leading the development of operational and strategic plans
  • Accomplished at leading and developing teams
