Job Description

You will be responsible for:

• Building new and existing relationships to ensure payments are made on time and in full
• Process incoming funds allocating to correct accounts
• Reconcile invoices
• Resolve account queries and manage debt recovery by telephone and email
• Work towards achieving monthly targets
• Managing and reviewing credit limits
• Credit Check new accounts

Profile

To be successful you will have previous experience in Credit Control role, you will be a confident communicator and proactive in your approach to workload. You will be results driven and committed to achieving targets and providing excellent customer service / support to customers and the wider business.
