Job Description
  • Provide high quality client service by responding promptly and accurately to all enquiries received by the team in accordance with our agreed Service Level Standards and/or as assigned by the Supervisor or Manager
  • Provide support and oversight to our remote processing hubs, this will entail: email communication to investors when seeking additional information on transactions on their behalf
  • Initial review and processing of investor transactions (capital calls, distributions) for our Private Equity clients
  • Oversight of our remote processing hubs, this will entail: daily oversight to ensure cash and reconciliation task are being executed in a flawless manner
  • Advise supervisor and manager of all issues, ensuring closure of same and suggest resolution where possible
  • Act as Client Representative within company as requested
  • Work with the Supervisor to ensure the disbursement and completion of queries in a timely and accurate manner
  • Ensure all enquiries received and/or assigned by you and the team are logged in to MCV (My Client View) system
  • Review, for accuracy and completeness of all clients reporting (FSP, Admin Reporting).
  • Liaise with clients to ensure a high-quality service
  • Liaise with other TA units to ensure a timely resolution to queries /requests
  • Escalation of issues
  • Maintain a central source for reference material
  • Implement processes for team efficiencies.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Experience in a Shareholder Services function in particular Private Equity is desirable. Sound additional experience in dealing with customers

Proven track record of high quality written and verbal communication is essential

Strong knowledge of the Shareholder Services lifecycle is desirable but not essential.
