Job Description
  • Provision of front-line support to end-users based globally, comprising colleagues and clients
  • Assist external end-users in editing and uploading relevant content
  • Provide multifaceted support to us as required
  • Configure insurance carriers and grant access to internal and external users
  • Escalation, management and resolution of issues with the technical support team
  • Monitor mailbox activity and respond to user queries and issues in a timely manner
  • Support and optimize the digital experience across our platform
  • Handle general digital marketing activities, with a focus on email communications and special projects as required
  • Develop relationships and liaise with the business community of functional experts and with our partner insurer companies
  • Test and QA of user interface
  • Prepare and deliver of training & on-boarding material to end-users
  • Develop check-lists for managing and maintaining solutions

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Experience with Digital Content Management Systems (CMS such as WordPress, Joomla etc. or equivalent)
  • Knowledge of HTML would be beneficial
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office software package – particularly advanced MS Excel etc.
  • Knowledge of Google and Adobe Analytics for the production of user metrics
  • Experience using Graphics Software Tools, e.g. Snagit, Adobe Photoshop
  • Awareness of User Authentication systems – e.g. Okta
  • Experience planning and executing campaigns across digital channels
  • Good Project management skills; Ability to manage multiple concurrent assignments
  • Understanding of compliance requirements
  • Interest collaborating across teams, businesses and time zones
  • Team player who can roll up sleeves and execute well
  • 3-5+ years of overall IT experience in deploying and supporting applications
  • Strong Communication skills; Willingness to present updates and demo the site to internal and external users on calls
  • Google Analytics proficiency
  • Interest in Data Analytics/Science
  • A passion for, and experience in web & digital strategy, with understanding of B2B user experience
  • Ability to Work with IT teams to convey business & functional issues on the site for resolution
  • Manage expectations of stakeholders and users located across multiple time zones & regions
  • Insurance industry knowledge would be an advantage
