Job Description
- Provision of front-line support to end-users based globally, comprising colleagues and clients
- Assist external end-users in editing and uploading relevant content
- Provide multifaceted support to us as required
- Configure insurance carriers and grant access to internal and external users
- Escalation, management and resolution of issues with the technical support team
- Monitor mailbox activity and respond to user queries and issues in a timely manner
- Support and optimize the digital experience across our platform
- Handle general digital marketing activities, with a focus on email communications and special projects as required
- Develop relationships and liaise with the business community of functional experts and with our partner insurer companies
- Test and QA of user interface
- Prepare and deliver of training & on-boarding material to end-users
- Develop check-lists for managing and maintaining solutions
