Job Description

Responsibilities include:

• Checking customer credit ratings
• Dealing with queries
• Negotiating payment plans
• Chasing aged debt
• Processing payments
• Maintain accurate records on the internal system
• Improve and implement debt collection processes

Experience & Skill Requirements:

• Experience working in a Credit Control position would be beneficial (1 year minimum)
• Willingness to regularly adapt and learn
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Keen eye for detail
• Good Time Management
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, in particular Excel and Outlook
