In this role you will:

  • Provide expert administrative support to the team
  • Document key meetings, discussions and decisions
  • Efficiently manage files and documents
  • Professionally manage varied administrative tasks including correspondence and contract signatures
  • Proactively manage invoices and resolve payment issues
  • Produce daily and weekly reports to assist in project delivery
  • Support timely and accurate project management and quantity surveying services
  • Partner with team members to raise and approve purchase orders
  • Use your strong organizational skills to work closely with our technical team to deliver excellent service to our client

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Have excellent written and verbal Hebrew and English language skills
  • Have 2-3 years of project based support experience in office administration, business management, business analysis or data coordination
  • Love a dynamic environment with the opportunity to manage your own priorities and deadlines
  • Have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Are detail oriented and quality focused
  • Adapt to new processes and systems with agility and enthusiasm
