Liaising with Revenue & THE Pensions Authority on reporting requirements.
Dealing with Data Protection and Pension Regulator renewals
Updating databases, including posting of bank transactions
Ensuring work meets file and compliance procedures.
Dealing with complex cases and problem solving.
Preparing ARF drawdown.
Answering Client queries and building a rapport with your allocated clients
Dealing with complex Client requests.
Dealing with clients by telephone, e mail and in writing
Dealing with client requests in a timely and professional manner
Referring to consultants, associate director / director where appropriate

The role will initially be offered as a 6 month Fixed Term Contract in order to cover a maternity, but with the team growing quickly anybody that impresses will more than likely be offered an opportunity to stay and progress within the team.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
We are looking for someone with at least 2 year's previous experience as a Pension Administrator
Ideally you will have administered Individual schemes such as SSAS or SIPP
