Job Description
  • Setting up new SSAS, ARF, PRB & PRSA business.
  • Servicing work for existing Clients.
  • Producing scheme documentation.
  • Benefit calculations for retirements.
  • Annual benefit reviews.
  • Producing scheme valuations.
  • Preparation of Trustee Annual Reports.
  • Liaising with Revenue & THE Pensions Authority on reporting requirements.
  • Dealing with Data Protection and Pension Regulator renewals
  • Updating databases, including posting of bank transactions
  • Ensuring work meets file and compliance procedures.
  • Dealing with complex cases and problem solving.
  • Preparing ARF drawdown.
  • Answering Client queries and building a rapport with your allocated clients
  • Dealing with complex Client requests.
  • Dealing with clients by telephone, e mail and in writing
  • Dealing with client requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Referring to consultants, associate director / director where appropriate

On Offer:

  • A generous package and basic salary.
  • The role will initially be offered as a 6 month Fixed Term Contract in order to cover a maternity, but with the team growing quickly anybody that impresses will more than likely be offered an opportunity to stay and progress within the team.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • We are looking for someone with at least 2 year's previous experience as a Pension Administrator
  • Ideally you will have administered Individual schemes such as SSAS or SIPP
