Job Description
  • Communicate effectively with customers, sales personnel, and internal staff
  • Process orders in an accurate & efficient manner
  • Quickly resolve any queries that arise from customers
  • Quickly resolve issues and proactively resolve process issues that can contribute to customer dissatisfaction.
  • Manage collection of goods
  • Managing couriers when required
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Minimum 2 year’s experience taking orders in a fast-paced company
  • Previous experience using Microsoft Dynamics (Navision), SAP or ORACLE
  • Excellent MS Office skills in particular Excel
  • A quick thinker, with a strong can-do attitude and an ability to handle pressure
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Complete fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.
