This role is to start as soon as possible and you have credit control experience to be considered for this role. Shifts will range from 10pm - 6am, 11pm - 7am and midnight - 8am.
To start immediately, duties include:
Ensure a smooth delivery of full credit control duties within set KPIs
Working closely with a loyal customer base, dealing with all queries accordingly
Chase outstanding monies owed via telephone and email
Work as a team ensuring all cash allocations are made on time
Ensure all accounts and documentation is amended and updated accordingly
Excellent rapport building with customer base
Deal with all queries effectively and in a timely manner
Working across a range of internal and external teams across the business
Always maximising the recouping process, clearing balances and negotiating payment plans
Person specification:
Have a good level of credit control experience or customer service experience
Be immediately available or on short-notice
